We hope you will come along and try these sessions to improve your running. They are open to all members who have completed the beginners’ course. Whatever your pace, you can improve. Remember, we train together, against ourselves, and then we race against everyone!

Session will cover 

  • Race Pace, Strides and Breathing
  • Running form, drills to help, warm ups for races
  • Understanding different race paces
  • Learning how to accelerate and decelerate
  • Running barefoot, feeling the difference
  • Fartlek, Swedish for speed play, is exactly that – playing with speed
  • Paarlauf
  • Hills
  • Pyramid session
  • Flying 30’s (Speedwork)
