The route will be sign posted and marshalled in all key points to ensure that you follow the correct pathways and for your safety.
A wide range of terrain occurs throughout the route from grass to gravel and woodland but never at any point will you need to run on a public road, or up impossibly steep hills!
A water stop will be located at approximately the half way point. Water will be available for all runners at the the start / finish area.
Your race number needs to be placed with safety pins on the front of your vest / shirt and be visible at all times.
Race times will be as accurate as possible. We do not use micro chips to record timings.
The finish times will be published on our website following the event.
There will be no official timing for the 1K mini fun run event.
- Changing Facilities – Unfortunately there are no designated changing facilities or showers on site so please arrive in the clothing you intend to wear for the event.
- Toilets- toilets will be available in the Memorial Hall at Hazlemere Recreation Ground (green building) next to the tennis courts.
- Bag drop – (Signposted) A stewarded bag/key drop area will be available for the duration of the event. The facilities will not be locked so please do not store valuables.
- Please note that the fire assembly point is located at the start / finish area.
